Job Overview
The job of the Associate Consultant is to provide full support to the team manager and other team members, thereby enabling them sustainably to achieve business growth and hit revenue generation targets. An Associate Consultant is a key enabler of team and company performance. Most importantly, we view our Associates as a key figure for future growth of the company. Our hope is for our Associate to become a Consultant and be a driving force for our team.
Duties will vary according to experience and aptitude, and may include, but not be restricted to the following:
General Duties
- Attract top talent in Japan across range of industries by networking through various social media tools and events
- Managing candidate and client database, arranging meetings, and providing support to Consultants
- Learning the arts of negotiation – negotiate contract details with some of Tokyo’s finest
- Prioritization / multitasking assignments and projects for business development
- Attending candidate and client meetings – Visit some of the world’s best Fortune 500 Companies
- Most importantly – Become a Consultant that can make impact immediately
The above indicates the general range of duties normally performed by an Associate Consultant. Specific duties will be as directed by the team manager in accordance with the needs of the company and team at any given point in time. Owing to the rapidly changing nature of the recruitment business and the inevitable changes inherent in working for a growing company, all employees are expected to be flexible with regard to their duties.

・交渉スキルの向上：東京を拠点とするハイクラス企業との契約交渉
・ビジネス発展のため、さまざまなタスクやプロジェクトに優先順位を付け、マルチタスクで実行
・キャンディデートおよびクライアント・ミーティングへの同行：フォーチュン500企業を含むさまざまな優良企業を訪問
・最終目標：コンサルタントになり、即戦力としてインパクトをもたらす
