Job Description

  • Provide strong functional and people leadership to Japan Customer Care team
  • Manage Customer Service function to ensure timely and accurate processing of all customer orders and highest level of sales service
  • Work collaboratively with business unit and functional stakeholders to support revenue growth, such as new product introduction process
  • Work collaboratively with APAC team to assess the opportunity for COE and design process for implementation
  • Manage proactive and effective communications with internal and external customers
  • Analyze the end-to-end SCM process and identify opportunities to drive transformation


  • 8+ years’ experience working in service operation or related Supply Chain field with a sound understanding of end-to-end supply chain concepts
  • 5+ years management experience of managing managers in a large organization
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large cross functional changes (driving innovation, org transformation, etc.)
  • Proven experience in understanding the operation implication of Japan PAL and QMS / ISO requirements
  • Demonstrated project management experience in leading operational excellence (applying lean, sigma methodology, etc.)
  • Capable of business communication in English (mid-level or higher; capable of conducting telephone meeting)


  • Extensive knowledge of Medical device products and service models
  • Proven experience in supply chain management with a leading multinational organization
  • Demonstrated experience in holding people and organizations accountable to meeting established standards and service levels (medical device industry preferred)
