職務概要/ Job Content:
- Lead team of CS colleague executing operational task in adherence to client SOP
- To ensure Good customer service to customer
- To ensure effective coordination with 3PL and their performance management
- Keep the team motivated and engaged
- Logistics expertise consultancy and optimization
応募資格/Requirement:
- Customer Service + Team Leading experience
- Management - 7 to 10
- Strong experiences in Customer Service, 3PL Management, Customer Facing,
- Client facing, managing calls, orders, complaints, training staff to improve best practices, process and systems.
- Preferably background in Ocean, Forwarding, Trading or any other industry is ok.
- Strong English ability to communicate with overseas partners and customers.
