職務概要/ Job Content:
- Lead and manage Procurement and Shared Service team
- Conduct daily procurement operation timely with all company Compliance procedures
- Ensure and improve quality of internal control and improve process with productivity
- Develop cost saving strategy, identify opportunities and execute effectively with target both for Direct and Indirect spend. Manage and improve trade working capital
- Lead and/or participate projects related to procurement activity and ensure proper implementation (e.g. office move, new office tool installation, etc...)
- Ensure and coordinate smooth and productive process by Shared Service team
- Report to Asia Procurement team and participate in key projects
- Develop and train team members and act as a role mode
応募資格/Requirement:
- Communication skill in English (Negotiate with suppliers/vendors, participate telephone meeting)
- Native Level Japanese
- Engineering and/or Commercial University Qualification
- Minimum 10 years Procurement experience
- 5 years people management experience
- Cost/Price analysis
- Professional negotiation skill with suppliers/vendors
- Knowledge of related local regulation (e.g. Subcontract act)
- Procurement contract closing
- Cross functional project management
