1. Operations Management
・Promotes a Safe Work Environment with year over year safety improvement.
・Prepares annual budget and manage department’s profitability.
・Reviews performance against forecasts and plan targets.
・Monitoring staff performance and developing staff potentials.
・Implements proactive measures to maximize service availability.
2. Commercial Operations
・Manages and direct a team to achieve turnaround standards for response to enquiries, order processing, billing, shipping and letter of credit negotiation.
・Ensures delivery of support meets defined standards of operational effectiveness and efficiency.
・Plans and implement service improvement initiatives.
・Support new business opportunities.
3. Warehouse / Logistics Operations
・Manages and providing leadership for the warehouse team to meet turnaround standards for receiving, picking, packing and shipping.
・Monitors inventory and shipping accuracy.
・Monitors warehouse productivity.
・Manages carriers/forwarders relationship for selected lanes.
・More than 7-10 years relevant experience（特に倉庫管理 / 物流センター長のご経験など）
・Knowledge of WMS (ex. SAP, ERP) system
・Requires strong Warehouse operation and people management experience
・Business level English & Japanese skill
