職務概要/ Job Content:
- Leading Customer Service (Order to Cash) related projects
- Develop a database to analyze the opportunity in daily customer service operation for business team from the huge volume of data.
- Lead automation projects or the operation accuracy/the productivity improvement
- Work closely with other functions and Global/APAC team
- Validate the cost competitiveness and negotiate with venders
- Review and analyze the service level/quality metrics for continues improvement etc.
応募資格/Requirement:
- Order to cashのプロセス管理のご経験
- 物流カスタマーサービス(受発注、納期管理など)の業務経験
- 英語力:ビジネスレベル以上
- 業界は不問(医療機器業界であれば尚可)
