仕事内容
- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
- Work in close collaboration with supply chain, sales and other departments to ensure service level to customers
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
- Develop service procedures, policies and standards
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
- Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
- Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement

応募資格
- Business level English
- Experience in SCM・Procurement
- 5 years or more experience of customer service/order management
- 5 years of more experience of people management
- PC Skills:MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ Outlook/ Access
