職務概要/ Job Content:
- As Customer Service Supervisor, reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, you will build client relationships and accurately process order and special requests, with the aim of keeping customer satisfied. On a mission to quickly and smoothly solve customer requests, you represent a crucial link between Customers, Operations and Sales Teams and will instigate root-cause investigations to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and according to Global Customer Service Guidelines.

On daily basis, you can look forward to:

  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
  • Work in close collaboration with supply chain, sales and other departments to ensure service level to customers
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
  • Develop service procedures, policies and standards
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
  • Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
  • Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement


  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in customer service
  • Experience in people management or team leading is required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and Japanese)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills preferred
  • Experience in SAP or other ERPs preferred
