職務内容/ Job Content:
- The position is responsible for total account management of our products to assigned distributors within a given territory.
- The responsibility includes, but not limited to order fulfillment process, product procurement & delivery, customer service, accounts receivable & collections and trouble-shooting day to day business requirements.
- Develops and maintains a healthy relationship with existing and potential customers.
- Analyzes existing and anticipated customer requirements and promotes consideration of company products to fill requirements.
- Knowledge of the business, politics, culture and language of the markets served.
- Must be proficient with SAP, or similar ERP software system.
- Must be proficient with MS Word, Excel and basic Power Point.
- Demonstrated ability to think globally, strategically and creatively.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
