職務概要/ Job Content：
JOB PURPOSE: 

• This position operates WMS system, LMS and helps workers with system knowledge for maintaining efficient operations. And this position serves as administrative operator for all the types of works at Warehouse.

JOB DUTIES:

• Serve as Warehouse and LMS operational specialist for data entry and all types of clerical works
• Conduct daily systems checks
• Conduct On-The-Job training for existing and/or new hire employees who have no prior knowledge in performing a new task.
• Provide supports with workers regarding system operations
• Monitors and resolves gateway failures relating to Inbound/Outbound issues and item updates.
• Prepares systems related / clerical work reports
• Assist Inbound/Outbound team on their daily operational work whenever necessary
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by Supervisors

応募資格/ Requirement：

• At least 5 years relevant experience
• Knowledge of IT SAP system
• VBA skill is preferred
• W/H operation
• Good English & Japanese Skills
• Team worker
